Requests and orders
Sending a request through this website is not a purchase. Your order is agreed only when we confirm it to you by phone, email or WhatsApp, with availability, the total and delivery. Nothing is paid online.
Prices
- All prices are in euro, per piece, VAT included.
- Wholesale prices apply to wholesale orders.
- Offers are final stock, sold as available: silver at wholesale price, bags and lace at one price for shops and private buyers.
- We may correct obvious errors in prices or descriptions before we confirm an order.
The pieces
Many pieces are handmade, so small differences in colour, finish and weight from the photos are normal. Weights shown are per piece and may vary slightly.
Payment and delivery
Payment method, delivery and delivery costs are agreed with you when we confirm your order.
Returns
Shops and resellers: returns and faulty pieces are handled as agreed when we confirm the order. Private buyers keep all their rights under Cyprus and EU consumer law, including the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery.
