This page is for retail pieces, paid by card with the payment link we send you. Wholesale orders are covered in our Terms.
Changed your mind? 14 days to return
- Tell us within 14 days from the day you receive the piece (or collect it from our shop). Email info@lefkarajewellery.com with your order number and the piece. You do not need to give a reason. You can also use the form at the bottom of this page.
- Send the piece back within 14 days after telling us, unworn, in its original packaging, to: Lefkara Jewellery, Marina Court 10-11, Kato Paphos 8020, Cyprus. Return postage is paid by you. We recommend tracked post, as the piece is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- We refund you within 14 days, to the card you paid with, once we receive the piece back. The refund includes the price of the piece and the standard delivery you paid.
If you prefer, we can exchange the piece for another one. Just tell us when you write.
What cannot be returned
- Earrings, once their sealed hygiene bag has been opened.
- Pieces that have been worn, altered or damaged after delivery. If a piece comes back handled beyond what is needed to look at it, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.
Faulty or damaged pieces
If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with a photo. Every piece is covered by the legal guarantee of 2 years from delivery. We repair or replace it, or refund you, and we pay the postage. This does not affect your 14-day right to return.
